ContractForge is a browser-based contract generation tool that provides document templates for common business agreements including NDAs, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, and other contract types. All document generation occurs locally in your web browser.
ContractForge provides document templates for informational and convenience purposes only. The templates are not a substitute for professional legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice on your specific legal situation. We make no guarantees about the legal enforceability or suitability of any generated document.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to new purchases only, not existing active subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you experience any issues.
The ContractForge platform, including its design, code, and template structures, is owned by Munda LLC. Documents you generate using the Service are yours to use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the ContractForge platform or its template source code.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Contract data is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munda LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on any contract or document generated through the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that templates will be error-free, legally compliant in all jurisdictions, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
