ContractForge is a browser-based contract generator. All contract data you enter — names, addresses, terms, and other details — is processed entirely within your web browser. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. Your contract information never leaves your device unless you choose to download or share a document yourself.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information you enter into the contract generator. We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any identifying information to use the free features of ContractForge.
If you purchase a Pro subscription or per-document download, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe processes your payment independently under their own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment status.

This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which templates are most popular). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
ContractForge does not use tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking of any kind.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. The only third-party service involved is Stripe for payment processing, which operates under its own privacy policy.
Because contract data is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers, the security of your contract information is inherently protected. There is no server-side database of user contracts that could be breached.
ContractForge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
